Preparing for Homeownership

One of the most valuable assets we have in the Keller Williams Family are our connections within the housing/ mortgage industry.  There are so many moving parts and so many changes that happen each and every day to some part of the industry, that without trusted people on your team, there would be no way to keep up with everything.

I was just recently in touch with Jon Sadler at Bank of America regarding a client and the possibility of investigating first-time buyer assistance programs.  It is amazing how different the conversation was than just at the beginning of the Summer!  Anyway, he is a fantastic mortgage professional, and I'd recommend him to anyone because of his ability to explain whatever it is that he is explaining in terms that both my client and I can make sense of.

I wanted to pass along some of the resources that his website provides.  Whether it is a piece about repairing credit, budgeting, buying your first home, short sales, or buying a fixer-upper, these resources are outstanding for both the client and the Realtor.

Use the link above to browse the site.  If you have any questions, feel free to email me or to get in touch with Jon through his site.  When you are ready to begin the journey to owning a home, I'd be more than happy to be your Realtor, and I'm sure that Jon would jump at the chance to help you obtain a loan!

Take care,
Scott Morrison
