Gahanna Subdivision Report: Foxboro & Gahanna Greens

As I do searches for different clients, whether for a comparative market analysis to determine a sales price or for a buyer looking to purchase in the area, I target different subdivisions in Gahanna.  I often find myself repeating the information, so for those that I do not get to see face to face, I thought this would turn in to a good weekly blog post.  I am going to target a subdivision in Gahanna and give some very broad numbers to satisfy your curiosity.  If you'd like me to email you a more detailed report, I'd be happy to follow up... scottmorrison@kw.com
