Creekside Gahanna Area Homes

There are a number of subdivisions that define the Creekside Gahanna area.  I typically refer to this area as Gahanna Heights, but only because Gahanna Heights is the biggest groups of homes near Creekside.  This area in Downtown Gahanna is made up primarily of homes built prior to 1970 that range in price from the $140,000 range up to the low $200,000's.

Avg list price under contract listings:  $ 148,000
Avg sale price of sold listings:  $ 155,333
        Highest sale price:  $ 168,000
        Lowest sale price:  $ 130,500

Schools nearby: Jefferson Elementary, Gahanna Middle School East, Gahanna Lincoln High School

You can find many styles of homes to buy near Creekside.  Split-levels are the most common, but cape cods, ranches, and two-story homes are plentiful.  Living in the Creekside area puts you right in the heart of Gahanna.  As far as location goes, you have easy access to 670, 270, Stoneridge, Easton, the Airport, and multiple schools.  Residents of Gahanna Heights can walk to restaurants in Creekside and the newest attractions that have been built along Hamilton Rd near Clark Hall.
