Royal Manor - Market Update

Gahanna's Royal Manor subdivision is primarily composed of bi-level and ranch style homes that contain either 3 or 4 bedrooms and have 1 or 1.5 baths.  Homes in Royal Manor were built in the early to mid 1960's with a few added on in the early 70's.  Driving through the subdivision you'll see many mature trees and plenty of people out enjoying the neighborhood.

Royal Manor is located on the western side of Gahanna.  Just off of interstate 270 via route 62, Royal Manor is accessible off of Stygler Rd, Agler Rd, and McCutcheon Rd.  Royal Manor residents have a quick commute to Easton, Downtown Columbus, and the Columbus International Airport, and are also only minutes from the Gahanna Golf Course and the Gahanna Swim Club.
