Foxboro & Gahanna Greens Market Update

The Foxboro and Gahanna Greens subdivisions have been two of the hottest areas for buying and selling real estate in Gahanna during this calendar year.  Homes in the area were built in the early to mid 1970's as Gahanna began to grow to the north and east of "downtown."  These are mature subdivisions with many large, beautiful trees and a variety of home styles.  Sidewalks line the streets and pave the way down to the Foxboro pool for summertime swimming!
