Royal Manor Market Update

Gahanna's Royal Manor subdivision is primarily composed of bi-level and ranch style homes that contain either 3 or 4 bedrooms and have 1 or 1.5 baths.  Homes in Royal Manor were built in the early to mid 1960's with a few added on in the early 70's.  Driving through the subdivision you'll see many mature trees and plenty of people out enjoying the neighborhood.

Keller Williams New Logo New Brand

Keller Williams just released the video below as part of an announcement about the brand and the future of the company.  In my 3 years with the company it is this type of thing that has left a lasting impression on me about the entire company as a whole.

I've been very impressed with KW and the systems that the company helps you put in place.  Regardless of your business background, the simplicity of the methods and philosophy that KW helps each agent implement go a long way in helping to establish the foundation for your business.


The tool that I appreciate most is the free mobile app available to the public.  By clicking on that link, you can download the KW real estate search app and have access to any listing in the greater Columbus  area on your phone.  Just put in the "agent code" on the initial screen, and then any time you have interest in a property, you can contact me with the click of a button for more information.  So, the next time you see a for sale sign in a neighbor's front yard, pull the car over, get your phone out, open the app, and the GPS technology will locate you and pull up every house in the neighborhood, including the one you are sitting outside of... INSTANT INFORMATION!!!

Over the weekend, Matt & Patty Rust moved into their new home!  It was quite an adventure, but I believe that they have settled into the perfect home for the next chapter of their lives.

What Are Your Driving Factors?

People buy homes for many reasons.  Some, unfortunately, buy just because someone told them to, or they believe it is just the next step in their life.  Neither of those reasons should be a driving factor in one of the biggest financial transactions that you'll take part in.

The purchase of a home should be a well-thought-out, planned decision.  No matter if you are 2 weeks or 2 years away from purchasing, it is never too early to start evaluating the factors that matter most to you.
