One of the healthiest housing markets in Central Ohio is the Gahanna Heights subdivision. Averages in this area include less than a month on the market and a sale price of over 95% of asking price.
Gahanna Heights is one of the most centrally located subdivisions in Gahanna. Along with several smaller subdivisions, Gahanna Heights makes up what is known to many outside observers as the "Creekside area". This location in Downtown Gahanna is made up primarily of homes built prior to 1970 that range in value from the $140,000 range up to the mid to low $200,000's. Gahanna Heights itself has roughly 300 single family residences, but for the sake of this update, I've included homes in two smaller subdivisions within the area that add an additional 125 homes to the report.

You can find many styles of
homes to buy near Creekside. Split-levels are the most common, but cape cods, ranches, and two-story homes are plentiful. Living in the Creekside area puts you right in the heart of Gahanna. As far as location goes, you have easy access to 670, 270, Stoneridge, Easton, the Airport, and multiple schools. Residents of Gahanna Heights can walk to restaurants in Creekside and the newest attractions that have been built along Hamilton Rd near Clark Hall.
